Sheng Long Manager Consensus Camp (Sep 26-29, 2017)
There flees the year and here comes the camp again. The consensus camp of Sheng Long International has been held in Taipei, Taiwan from September 26 to 30 in this year, with participation of position above Assistant Section Manager.
To provide acknowledgement about company situation, build up confidence for future development objectives, and establish internal consensus, we have combined the professional training given from P.A.C.E. with the campus to our Vietnamese managers again. It consist of:
- Grasp new concepts in HR and administration management further;
- How to evaluate personnel properly; How to arrange work efficiently; How to help personnel to evoke their leadership
As for the foreign managers, we are honored to invite Mr. You Ciing Liao from Taiwan and share his experience about “To achieve an excellent life” with us. The abundant life experience and the amusing training style of Liao have attracted attendees deeply. To perfect department coordination, show team vitality, learn courageously undertaking, self-discipline, and hardship conquering, activate initiative motivation, arouse creativity and breakthroughs, extend feeling, observation and meditation further will all be an determined part of the corporate expectation given to every manager and personnel.
Besides form the educational training, the campus has also included the semi-annual reports from each major department which focused on the latest progress of previous period, and tactical goal and work schedule on emphasis of next year.Since foundation of the company, the strategy of Sheng Long have stood fast on “Take creating values for customers as goal, and value-added services as measures; Mainly focus on achieving in feed industry, but also actively develop in quality breeding, animal health and cultivation industries by the same time, and be the leading enterprise in agriculture, animal husbandry and food industries of Southeast Asia!”Currently, Sheng Long’s market operations in Vietnam, Malaysia and India have gradually allocating as well as marching in accordance of this strategy. It’s expected to sale 360 thousand tons of aquatic feed, 1.5 billion pieces of Vannamei breeding and 5 million USD of animal health product, reaching a total turnover of 300 million USD.After the trainings and semi-annual reports, the fourth day have led the crew hiking to sites of Lungshan Temple in Manka, National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, National Palace Museum, TAIPEI 101, Xiangshan Mountain, which activity aims at relieving both physical and metal pressure and balancing personal life with occupational one.
Pursuing progresses is the striving path for every company share in common. Looking back at the toughness and bitterness that we have overcome, Sheng Long’s achievement acquired is through many revolutions that experienced. The camp pasted shortly and yet produced a further consensus among us to step into a better future.
